Her studies took place first in Wroclaw and in June 2004 she was received at the Musikakademie in Lódz in the class of Ziemowit Wojtczak. Later she built a duo with the pianist Michal Grabias and appears in many competitions. 2001 at the International K. Bacewicz-
Chamber Music Competition, 2002 at the VI International Penderecki-Chamber
music Competition in Krakow. She also followed three years of conducting studies. Her first engagement is in Lodz
is Mère Jeanne in von F. Poulenc “Dialogue des Carmélites”
and she got a fest engagement at the opera house in 2004 in “Adriana
Lecouvreur” by F. Cilea and “Lucrezia Borgia” by G.
Donizetti with great success, also in the press. She then sang Maffio
Orsini (Lucrezia Borgia) at the Opernfestival of St. Moritz (2005) and
in Riehen (2006). Since then she sings operas, as
well as operettas, oratorios. Bernadetta Grabias sings with
conductors like K. Ono, W. Crutchfield, S. Klingele, G. Neuhold, T. Kozlowski,
M. Pijarowski, T. Wojciechowski, A. Straszynski, J. M. Zarzycki, J. Salwarowski,
M. Niesiolowski, J. Schulz, P. Wujtewicz, B. Oledzki) and stage directors
like (M. Prus, G. Madia, M. Znaniecki, T. Konina, H. Baranowski, J. Rathke,
R. Skolmowski, L. Adamik, K. Kelm, A. Wolf).
